If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 48-72 hours. However, there are times when we can not ship orders right away. If your order will not ship within the normal 48-72 hours we will contact you with an update on when your order will ship and the reason for delay.
Delayed Shipping Notice
All orders placed between April 15th and April 22nd, 2025 will begin shipping April 23-24,2025 in the order they were recieved. Please reach out to info@gatmonkey.com if you have any questions about your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
